Around 8 months ago, the BBC suggested that a staggering 20% of young drivers in the UK were driving illegally (without insurance). 20% is extremely high, and converts into a massive 243,000+ illegal drivers on British roads (and that’s just the young people). A young woman who was drunk in a takeaway was fined £150 for causing a disturbance. It caught my eye in the paper because I had been in the shop in Nottingham at the time of the incident. I will give you some idea as to what happened and how the drama unfolded. (more…)
